Our 21 Room Bed & Breakfast is tucked away in a secluded suburb of Cancun, Quintana Roo - perfect for the guest looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Located a 10-minute drive from Cancun Centre and a 15-minute drive to the beaches, our Bed & Breakfast features complimentary Wi-Fi and towel service and 2 outdoor swimming pools - the larger pool being 50 feet long.

Mansion Giahn Bed & Breakfast has lush tropical gardens with fruit trees lining the property.

Each Room features modern décor with air conditioner and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Some Rooms offer balconies while others boast views of the swimming pools.

There is a convenience store located a short walking distance away and a supermarket, 6 km away. Guests will also find local restaurants and bars within a 5-minute drive.

The ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum are a 1.5-hour drive away.

There are period reproductions and some of the original furnishings of the Giahn family throughout the house. It provides many conveniences and comfort at affordable prices.This magnificent mansion also has a 24 x 50 feet outdoor pool surrounded by lots of palm trees and other tropical plants.
